All the offered range of standard products like medical bandage, cotton crepe bandage is individually wrapped as well as sterilized. Our dressings can be used alone or in combination as per the requirement. In order to make products user friendly & safe, we manufacture a range of surgical dressings, medical bandage, cotton crepe bandage and absorbent gauze with acute attention to their design and features.
Our first aid and health care products acts as a protective covering and protects the wound from environmental infections. The products are apt for the absorption exudates and to manage the micro-environment of a wound. From support, bandaging, padding or splinting of limbs, we offer a range of surgical products for various purposes.

To run the business operation and procedures with optimal efficacy, an able team is very important for orchestrating it. It is because of 200+ personnel that the exhaustive setup of Komal Health Cares works seamlessly that too in perfect harmony. 150 personnel are exclusively working in the manufacturing unit to ascertain the smooth shop-flow function. 50 other technically sound personnel are given the responsibility of managing and overseeing the company's processes. Komal Health Care has also created a supplementary team, which comprises doctors & surgeons. They have the responsibility of designing and testing the products along with contributing persistently to improve the efficacy of General Surgical Instruments, making them universally acceptable. We provide skill development training to our personnel for keeping them updated and dynamic. The setup is backed by a team of industry experts, comprising of trained technicians, engineers and other staff members. With a core team of 25 team members, we are empowered to manufacture quality proven products.
Our Manufacturing Unit
Our infrastructural setup comprises of two production lines, both equipped with sophisticated machines and requisite tools. The entire gamut of activities is undertaken at our unit. From designing, manufacturing, sterilization to packaging, all the activities are conducted in-house. Our manufacturing set up is well designed and fully equipped, wherein the products are made with perfection. Made and designed as per the GMP Standards, the set up is spread over 15000 sq. ft. area. Based in Mumbai, it has latest machinery to deliver general surgical instruments. We also have a separate corporate office which supports us in managing the consignments and customer's orders / queries / inquiries.

Komal Health Care has developed a quality control laboratory, which ensures that sterilization level of each surgical instrument and product is perfect, as per industry's guidelines. The lab conducts the required chemical and physical tests with license of foods and drug administration.
